DISPATCHING ORDERS

We appreciate every order placed with us and aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day of receipt.

Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control.

Rest of Tanzania and Kenya: 2-4 business days delivery

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship direct to many countries (outside of the countries listed), shipping charges depend on your location which will be displayed upon checkout. If for any reason your country is missing during checkout, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Custom/Duty Charges

Custom charges can occur for orders outside of the listed countries.

You will be directly responsible for these payments. We cannot be responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs, so we advise you to check with your local customs before.

Note, this does not apply to orders for Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa and the US, orders for these countries incur no customs or duty charges.

Delivery Information

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the order form – please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect/ incomplete addresses. Pressed Beauty cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by any third party, as this is outside of our control.
