Giving Back

The most important aspect of social impact for us is accountability and transparency. What do we mean by that? That the funds are going directly to the cause and that results, good or bad, are being reported on.

Our passion is education. Education can mean many things, primary school education, secondary school education, vocational, higher education, specialty, etc. Gaining further knowledge that can empower an individual to not only understand their society and the world better, but to find their individuality in it.

After reviewing many organizations we decided to support the Tamani Foundation. This foundation stood out to us for many reasons. When the Tamani Foundation first started, they had to convince people within that village to attend the school. The school mind you, is free. The importance of education was somewhat foreign, limiting the future of the kids in that area.

In 2012 they went door to door and convinced 9 students to enroll into the school. This school now has 200 students and a 100% pass rate for the national exams, a stat which is almost unheard of.

What the Tamani Foundation has managed to achieve is incredible and it is a testament to what happens when you have accountability, transparency and passion in your project.
